Sage Royal Ayurveda – Return & Exchange Policy
At Sage Royal Ayurveda, we take great care in crafting and delivering your wellness rituals. As a conscious Ayurvedic brand, we ensure each product is packed with utmost attention under strict supervision. However, in the rare event of an issue, we’re here to assist you.
Order Cancellation
• Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Cancellations are only allowed before order dispatch. Once the order is shipped,
cancellation is not possible unless under exceptional cases. All cancellations will
require an approval from our customer support team.
• If accepted, the cancellation will be processed after the product returns to our
warehouse. A refund will be issued as store credit (valid for future purchases on our website) after deducting reverse shipping charges from the amount paid towards the order.
• Store credit will be issued within 15 days of confirmation and cannot be clubbed with BOGO offers, sale-day discounts, or promotional codes.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products once sold. Exceptions will be made only in rare cases, such as:
• You have received a damaged product
• A wrong product was sent
• The shipment is lost in transit

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process a complaint regarding damage or missing items, customers must:
• Record a clear, unedited unboxing video from start to finish.
• The video must show the sealed package, how it was opened, and the contents
inside.
• This video should be sent to our customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly note: Return or exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.
Packing Assurance
All products are packed under strict supervision and camera surveillance. In the event of a dispute, we will review our warehouse footage to verify the claim.
If we have sufficient evidence confirming the order was correctly fulfilled, we will not be liable for product loss.
